Innovative ideas always work, when you have capability to think, mindset should be different, exceptional, don’t be a part of crowd, instead be a face in the crowd.

When there is a lot of competition in the market, how to grab your piece of cake? Big challenge……either you should have dip pockets to sustain or move out of the market. If you have to sustain, cut down your perimeter, work only for gross revenue, collisions with a lot of loans, where you have to remunerate for your employees & vendors or ………. Be distinct, create your own space with innovative ideas & earn what you are worth.

I realized that is what I have been performing for the last two decades. I at all times wanted to be unique. My father used to tell me, when there are a lot of competitors, why should anyone furnish you with the project. What dissimilar do you have?

I was like, father look – I have good acquaintance, It can beneficial for me. I will turn out to be these connections into a business. I was correct, have converted them into business but on their conditions. Absolutely no to any project.

To begin with, I made a first move with “Fit-out Electrical Contracts” for MNC’s, Banks, Corporates, IT Sectors etc. In one’s own good time, I moved to MEP contracting. From here into EPC Turnkey, then into D&B and General contracting. Along with this started civil & interior for Pharma labs. Now I’m finally tucked into ENGINEERING DESIGN CONSULTANCY.

All will think, where is the innovation?

Right, when you are expedient from one sector to another is not an innovative idea. The technique I have switched myself from one sector to another is the innovative process.

In this process I have absorbed substantial things which should be in my mind while delivering the whole project, From which it is helping me to interact with clients, vendors, partners & employees too. At the same time working with different sectors, I acquired the experience in electrical, plumbing, air- conditioning, fire alarm system, fire suppression system, data networking, security systems, industrial & home automation, interior decoration & hard core civil also, which is a rare combination not frequently happening in the construction industry.

Currently by applying this experience & knowledge, I am in a position of settling down with engineering consultancy services
