A High-Traffic Commercial Outlet in Bommasandra
Scope: Full MEP Coverage
A-Square MEP Consultants successfully delivered end-to-end MEP and ELV solutions for a commercial outlet, located in Bommasandra, Bangalore. Designed by Studio Elevate Architects, the facility is engineered to accommodate over 10,000 daily visitors. As such, it required a robust, energy-efficient infrastructure to ensure uninterrupted performance under continuous operational load.
Our scope of work included load-balanced electrical distribution, high-efficiency lighting layouts, and heavy-duty plumbing systems tailored for intensive usage. In addition, we deployed a fully compliant fire safety system—carefully designed to address the challenges of high-heat kitchen zones.

Electrical Systems
To meet the demanding requirements of a commercial F&B space, we carefully designed the power distribution, lighting, earthing, and panel board layouts. Consequently, these systems ensure efficient energy usage, safe operations, and seamless power flow across the facility. Furthermore, the design supports future scalability and maintenance ease.
Plumbing Systems
In addition, our team implemented a robust plumbing network that includes a complete water supply, drainage, and sanitary system. As a result, the setup not only upholds high hygiene standards but also improves day-to-day operational efficiency. Moreover, the design supports easy access for cleaning and maintenance.
Fire Fighting Systems
To ensure safety, we deployed advanced fire detection and suppression systems fully compliant with NBC norms. Specifically, high-heat kitchen areas were given special attention, which minimizes fire risk and ensures maximum protection. Thus, the entire facility meets both safety expectations and regulatory standards.
ELV Systems
Lastly, we delivered an integrated ELV solution that includes CCTV surveillance for security, a Public Address (PA) system for smooth communication, and structured IT networking. This system, in turn, supports POS terminals, back-office operations, and high-speed guest Wi-Fi. Altogether, it creates a connected and secure environment for staff and customers alike.
