Premium Villa Plot Development
A-Square MEP Consultancy took charge of designing and implementing the complete Electrical and Plumbing Infrastructure for a premium 96-villa plotted development in Hassan, Karnataka. Surrounded by natural greenery, the team envisioned this large-scale residential layout as a future-ready living space, embedding smart infrastructure into every facet.
To achieve this, we aimed to ensure long-term functionality, efficiency, and sustainability. Therefore, we aligned the MEP systems with upcoming villa construction and collaborated extensively with the site and landscape development teams. As a result, we delivered utility solutions that not only respected the natural setting but also enhanced the overall end-user experience.
Moreover, the design strategy focused on minimizing disruption to the natural topography while optimizing the routing of services. In addition, we thoughtfully developed each infrastructure element with scalability in mind, which allows easy expansion as new villas emerge. Ultimately, by blending technical precision with environmental responsibility, we established a forward-thinking model for modern, plotted community development.
Electrical Systems
The Electrical Infrastructure for the project features a comprehensive low-tension (LT) power distribution system that directly serves all individual plots, thereby ensuring consistent and safe electricity access. In addition, energy-efficient street lighting has been strategically installed to provide optimal coverage across the development. Furthermore, each plot includes dedicated electrical provision points to support future villa construction. Moreover, we implemented robust earthing systems and developed a scalable load plan to accommodate increasing long-term power demands.
Plumbing Systems
Complementing the electrical setup, the Plumbing Infrastructure offers a fully integrated underground water distribution network that services the entire layout. Specifically, each plot has a dedicated water connection point, which simplifies future villa hook-ups. Additionally, the drainage and stormwater systems manage runoff effectively, preserving the natural landscape and preventing waterlogging. Importantly, we designed the entire plumbing layout with future integration in mind, thereby allowing for seamless expansion as new residential units are constructed.
